Ghee, the good fat. Learn how to make the clarified butter step by step.

Simple dinner Recipe directly from our family tradition.

Here's a simple recipe that consist of a normal dinner omelet, vegetables and boiled potatoes. It was a typical dinner recipe every day through the towns and villages in Catalonia.
